Actually a useful tool – unfortunately with bugs:
- Meta fields were translated even though they were classified as “untranslatable.”
- These can no longer be cleaned up in the tool.
- Support was contacted five times about this. They have not yet been able to resolve the issue.
- The backend software is very slow; we often get the message “Sorry, something went wrong.”

Honestly, I have no idea how this app received so many 5-star ratings. The number of bugs within Langshop is unbelievable. Their automated translation system is unreliable and cannot be trusted. Between the constant glitches and frequent app freezes, you'll end up spending more time troubleshooting than actually getting work done.
