Llevamos tiempo utilizando ( sufriendo ) esta app porque ofrecía exactamente lo que necesitábamos: descuentos por markets. Sin embargo, la experiencia ha sido muy negativa.

Hemos tenido varias incidencias importantes. Al aplicar descuentos, estos se quedan en estado “standby” y después no se pueden editar ni gestionar correctamente. También nos ha aplicado descuentos ( sin hacerlo nosotros ) a nuevas colecciones ... En la práctica, esto hace que la funcionalidad principal de la app no sea nada fiable.

Además, el soporte ha sido inexistente en momentos críticos. Pagábamos $39.99 USD al mes (aprox. 40€), que supuestamente incluían atención y soporte 24 horas, pero en las dos últimas ocasiones en las que contactamos no recibimos ninguna respuesta.

Por el precio que tiene, esperábamos una herramienta estable y un soporte acorde. Lamentablemente, no ha sido así. No podemos recomendar esta app.

Not a good app at all. Half the time the scheduled update does not take effect. The other half, when the sale is unpublished, it does not update all product pricing. I do not recommend this app at all.
