I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but Hagl has been a nice addition to our store. The negotiation process feels natural and doesn't come across as gimmicky. I also appreciate that I can set clear pricing limits, so there's no risk of accepting offers I'm not comfortable with. The setup was quick, and everything has worked smoothly since installing it. A well-thought-out app with a fresh approach to pricing.

The negotiation feature is easy for customers to understand, and I like that I can control the lowest acceptable price.
