Support is frequently praised as fast, kind, and “white-glove,” often fixing theme issues and redoing customizations. Merchants like the clean, customizable design, powerful analytics for stock and merchandising decisions, and marketing integrations (especially Klaviyo), with many reporting higher engagement and sales over years of reliable use.
Beautiful! The support team customized the look and some features so that it blends well with the theme. On the backend it shows how often specific items were wishlisted and how many customers have added things to their wishlist. The Klaviyo integration was a little tricky to set up, so I had to reach out to support to get some guidance. The most valuable part of this app is the email automations for 'Back in Stock' and 'Price Drop'. I will update when I see how that goes.
